Subscription Policy

Little Hampton Spring Water offers subscription services so you can receive your favorite spring water products regularly without reordering.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you'll receive automatic deliveries at your chosen frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. All subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon Australia.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription orders may be offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases. Pricing and any applicable discounts will be clearly displayed when you set up your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your account:

  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update products or quantities
  • Pause your subscription temporarily
  • Cancel your subscription

Billing

Your payment method will be charged 1-2 days before each scheduled shipment. You'll receive an email confirmation before each charge. If payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process payment again. Your subscription may be paused if payment cannot be processed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel at least 2 days before your next scheduled shipment date. Cancellations take effect immediately, and you won't be charged for future deliveries.

Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same returns and refund policy as one-time purchases. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through your Amazon account. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Subscription Orders

If your subscription delivery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it through your Amazon account or contact us at admin@littlehamptonspring.com.au. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
